At Purr, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction come first. Because our products are intimate in nature, we’ve created a refund policy that protects both our customers and our quality standards.
💌 Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an item has been opened or used.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and sealed
Packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund, depending on the situation

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Items without original packaging
Products not purchased directly from Purr
